ESPACIOS ABIERTOS

En este primer programa de la selección oficial de obras Internacionales del FIVC 2010, veremos trabajos creados principalmente en “espacios abiertos”. Las obras instalan temáticas diversas en espacios naturales que van desde sutiles movimientos de danza con la estética del Ballet Clásico a movimientos de baile urbano como el bboying en su desplazamiento a un espacio natural, generando una re-apropiación de tales espacios. Otros videos transitan en el espacio público y privado- afuera y adentro- dentro de la ciudad, donde lo cotidiano, el cuerpo en movimiento se instala como eje de la interacción.

OPEN SPACES

In this first program of International official selection of FIVC 2010, we will see videos created in “open spaces”. The artworks install thematic diverse in natural spaces that go from movements of dance subtle with the aesthetic one of the Classic Ballet to movements of urban dance like bboying in their displacement to a natural space generating an re-appropriation of such spaces. Other videos travel between public and private space -outside and inside- within the city, where the daily, the body in movement settles like axis of the interaction.
